Please be reminded that requests for inplant inspections for fresh pork bellies are due by 10:00 a.m., at least one business day prior to the day of inspection.  This deadline will help us to ensure that a USDA grader will be available to process the inspection in a timely manner.

In addition, the Clearing Member will be responsible for ensuring that the approved plant shall be responsible for the refrigerated transportation of the product to, and acceptance by, a CME- approved warehouse on the next business day following inspection. In no event shall the acceptance be later than three calendar days after the day of inspection. If the Clearing House does not receive notification of warehouse acceptance the load will be marked as a failed load.
